GP and specialist referrals
Private referrals are welcome for kidney disease, hypertension and urinary abnormalities.
Referral information
Please include the reason for referral, relevant past medical history, medication list, blood pressure readings, recent blood results, urine ACR/PCR results and any imaging reports.
Common referral reasons
- Reduced eGFR or progressive chronic kidney disease.
- Proteinuria or haematuria.
- Resistant or difficult-to-control hypertension.
- Diabetic kidney disease.
- Recurrent kidney stones or metabolic stone assessment.
